This is to name only a few of the many and continuous opportunities in this area. Alpena is a wonderful place to rear children with the best of schools and other activities and arts available. The sellers responded with a counter-offer which was several thousand dollars lower than their asking price. You came back with a slightly higher bid, and they came down some more.
